Tom is a 3rd-generation civic leader in the Riverbend area, following the path previously blazed by his father, Tom, and his grandfather, George. He is a principal with Jackson Lewis P.C. and, for nearly 40 years, has advised and counseled businesses and employers in all facets of labor and employment matters.

Tom is also active in other civic organizations, including United Way, Madison County Urban League, as well as serving as the Public Policy Chair for Leadership Council Southwestern Illinois. Tom and his wife Micki reside in Edwardsville and are the proud parents of three daughters.

Taylor Justice serves as the Chief Development Officer for Beverly Farm Foundation, where she leads fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and philanthropic growth in support of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With over a decade of experience in nonprofit fundraising, Taylor is passionate about building authentic relationships and creating meaningful opportunities for donors to connect with mission-driven work. She holds her CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive) credential and is deeply committed to advancing a strong culture of philanthropy.

Taylor proudly serves on the Riverbend Growth Association Board of Directors and is actively involved as a mentor through RBGA’s Young Adults Committee program, where she mentors students from Marquette Catholic High School (MCHS). Outside of her professional work, Taylor’s family and faith are the center of her life. As a devoted wife and mother of three young children, they shape her values, guide her leadership, and ground her commitment to serving others with humility and purpose.

Pat Kimbro, born and raised in Alton, Illinois, has been committed to serving customers throughout her banking career. She has worked in many areas in banking, including assisting in nine bank mergers and five bank robberies. While she has worked in Retail Banking, selling investments, as a Security Officer, as a VP & Branch Manager, she currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Community Relations and Business Development.

Pat currently lives in Godfrey and is a proud aunt to her nieces and nephews, as well as her great nieces and nephews. Pat currently holds the position of Treasurer of the North Alton Godfrey Business Council and Treasurer of Pride, Inc. Beautification. Pat attends St Ambrose Catholic Church and serves as a Eucharist Minister.

Jeff Lauritzen lives in Godfrey, Illinois with his wife, Shannon. He has been a Financial Representative with COUNTRY Financial for the past 15 years, helping clients protect what matters most through home, auto, life, and commercial insurance, as well as guiding them in planning and saving for the future.

Jeff has been an active member of the RiverBend Growth Association since 2003, contributing in a variety of roles over the years. He is also deeply engaged in the community, serving on the board of Asbury Village, participating in the East End Improvement Association, and being an active member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church, where he also serves on the finance council. Jeff is looking forward to being a part of the RBGA board again.

Raymond Sharp serves as the General Manager of West Star Aviation’s East Alton, Illinois, facility, where he oversees all aspects of daily MRO operations. With 30 years of aviation industry experience, Raymond understands firsthand the critical importance of strong customer partnerships throughout the maintenance event. He is deeply committed to delivering safe, high‑quality results in the most efficient and timely manner possible.

Raymond joined West Star on January 8, 2024, as the Cessna Program Manager and later moved into the newly created Director of Maintenance role, supporting program leaders with daily operational challenges while enabling the VP/GM to focus on strategic initiatives.

Born and raised in the Riverbend area, Alana began her career at Waggoner in 1987 and now owns and operates Waggoner Equipment Rental, LLC, serving commercial and industrial clients. She is passionate about working with local charities and is actively involved with Riverbend East Rotary, Specialized Crane and Rigging Association (SC & RA), Southern Illinois Builders Association (SIBA), and RiverBend Growth Association. Her work and community involvement reflect her dedication to both industry and community.
