Head Start and Early Head Start are locally operated, federally funded programs that provide high-quality early childhood education for income-eligible families.

Madison County, Illinois families voluntarily enroll their children ages birth through five in our programs because they want to improve their lives. Our qualified teachers create a safe, healthy environment where children learn the skills necessary to be successful in kindergarten and life. Vitality Women's Clinic proudly celebrated its official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and welcomed more than 40 attendees from across the Riverbend region for a meaningful afternoon of connection, collaboration, and community celebration.

The event highlighted the growing partnerships Vitality Women’s Clinic is building with healthcare providers, nonprofits, and local organizations dedicated to supporting women and families at every stage of life.

Vitality Women’s Clinic provides free medical services, education, resources, and compassionate support to women and families facing unexpected pregnancies. Through personalized care and community partnerships, the organization works to empower women with clarity, confidence, and hope for the future.

Coordinated Youth & Human Services (CYHS) is not only who we are, but is also what we do. We coordinate human services for youth and families in need with the hope of changing the lives of those who rely on us. At CYHS, we provide advocacy, support, education, and resources to those most in need.

Our Maternal Child Health programs support parents/guardians in raising happy and healthy children. CYHS’s team of dedicated nutritionists, nurses, registered dietitians, case managers and breastfeeding peer counselors offer support, resources and encouragement for women and their children through age 5.

Riverview Boat Store is part of Riverview Companies, a family-owned business rooted in the river industry. Our focus has always been simple-----take care of the people working on the water.
