At Blue Wave Spirit, the instructors are dedicated to providing a traditional martial arts experience combined with challenging fitness techniques. The school is a place where you can challenge yourself, learn self-discipline, and build confidence while being part of a supportive community.
Their new location is 95 Eastgate Plaza, East Alton, sharing space with Heather’s Zen Den. A grand re-opening is Saturday, May 10, beginning at noon with open gym. Master David Blevins will do a presentation at 1:00. Join them for martial arts demos, meet the instructors, and engage in fun activities for all ages.
Blue Wave Spirit began at YWCA Southwestern Illinois in September 2022.
