The RiverBend Growth Association (RBGA) held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, to officially open the coffee house on the corner of Ferguson and 1st Streets in Wood River. Owners Jonas and Rachel Cathey were joined by their children Alex, Miranda, Aubrey, Kaylynn, and Hunter, for the special celebration. City officials in attendance were Scott Tweedy, David Ayres, Police Chief Brad Wells, Steve Palen, and Jason Woody.
At Rachel & Co. Coffee House, we brew to order; offering globally-sourced beans from our counter to your cup. They also offer pastries, cold brews, iced coffee, soups, salads, sandwiches, and Lotus refresher drinks in a variety of flavors. Seating is available inside or on the patio or get your drinks to go.
