Job Summary: Our client in Madison County client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. The responsibilities are to disperse mail, answer phones, enter data, file paperwork, type correspondence, and other office-related tasks as assigned.

Location: Edwardsville, IL
Position Type: Full-time, Evaluation Hire
Pay: Starting at $15/hr, BOE
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Qualifications: Successful candidates will have previous office-related experience and/or related education. Candidates must have excellent data entry, typing, and Microsoft Office skills. High energy, a customer service mindset, and excellent verbal & written communication skills will be required. Must be comfortable working independently and in a team setting.  Familiar with writing subcontracts and proposals.  A degree in engineering and experience with AutoCAD is preferred.
